I haven't spent that much time in the Palette docker, but a lot of the changes and improvements that are being suggested are great ideas as well as boud's note with Tyson Tan's UX improvements. I am sure there is going to be some discussion about various things, but it seems like a good direction and proposal to me. Hi, Michael!

I have checked your proposal (and left a few comments inline). The proposal looks very interesting, but I would really like you to add a few technical details about how you are going to implement the things. A few class diagrams showing how your new classes will communicate with the existing Krita classes would give really a lot of help.

Anyway, please add your proposal and required documents to the Google's web app now. You can always edit/fix your proposal later= .

Krita Community,

This is the link to my proposal for this year's GSoC. It&#= 39;s about creating a swatches docker to improve the experience of using palettes in Krita.

Please comment the document or reply to this address if you have any suggestions.

Cheers,
Michael Zhou
