Hey everyone,

I merged my GSoC branch in. I didn't want to give you guys a huge ass mail
with my whole changelog, so I am writing this seperately.

This implements a Tangent Normal Brush Engine, which allows you to draw
normal maps, which in turn can be used by 3d renderers.

It also implemented a tilt-cursor, a normalize filter, modified the
phongbumpmap filter to accept normalmaps, and fixed one single bug(BUG
338011 <http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=338011>).
