sudo add-apt-repository ppa:dimula73/krita 

sudo apt-get update 

sudo apt-get install krita 

sudo apt-get install krita-testing

needs to be changed to

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:dimula73/krita 

sudo apt-get update 

sudo apt-get install krita-2.9

Previous versions of Krita MUST be uninstalled.
As well Ubuntu/mint users must find their krita in root/opt/project-neon/krita/bin

Somehow, the ppa doesn't make an application desktopfile in shared/applications.
