Hi boud!
I just solved the plugin load problem.
Pentalis sent me a script to run krita:
#!/bin/bash
export KDEDIRS=$KDEDIRS:$HOME/Projetos/c++/kde4/inst #my local KDE develop enviroment
export PATH=$PATH:$HOME/Projetos/c++/kde4/inst/bin #my local KDE develop enviroment
kbuildsycoca4
krita
clean the installation folder
do a make clean (on all the project)
do a make uninstall (just to be sure)
remove the custom home folder ($HOME/kde4/home)
recompile and reinstall the project
clean the sycoca cache (/var/tmp/kdecache-<user>)
run the script above
