I just solved the plugin load problem.
Pentalis sent me = a script to run krita:

#!/bin/bash

export KDEDIRS=3D$KDEDIRS= :$HOME/Projetos/c++/kde4/inst #my local KDE develop enviroment
export PATH=3D$PATH:$HOME/Projetos/c++/kde4/inst/bin #my local KDE develop = enviroment
kbuildsycoca4
krita

Afeter that I had to :

clean the installation folder
do a make clean (on all the proj= ect)
do a make uninstall (just to be sure)
remove the custom home folder ($HO= ME/kde4/home)
recompile and reinstall the project
clean the sycoca ca= che (/var/tmp/kdecache-<user>)
run the script above
=A0
