I just wanted to let you know that the board has approved your request
for the trips of Timothée, Lukas and yourself for attending LGM 2011.

Please make sure that all of you send in the receipts and the travel
expense request form for the reimbursement. Also, if you have any
questions regarding this process, please let me know.
