This time it is planned for a longer time because the downtime is now used to rewire some network cabling and upgrading network infrastructure. During this time svn.kde.org will be unavailable. The machine will not be harmed and is planned to be online afterwards again, it will just be unreachable from the internet. anonsvn.kde.org will be up and running fine, so you can use that host for your (read-only) svn actions. git.kde.org will also be unaffected by this downtime.
