I didn't though about editing the Preset before that. Cyrille was right! :)
Did you think about the same solution that Blender provide for Additing 
a Scene or a Layout?
It use a dropdown (with an add at the top) a case sensitive area to 
change the name and a small button with a cross to delete the preset:
