There are a few things on the todo:

- There are some places where the updating needs to be fixed (rotate,
scale, shape layers)
- KisCommandHistoryListener needs to be fixed, when the Transfrom tool is back
- the selection transaction has to be ported to the new selections

The second and third point will have to wait for the selections.
