Here's another newbie question: when trying to compile
koffice from the 1.6 branch, everything works just fine,
except filters/krita/gmagick/. I tried with an older
GraphicsMagick and with its CVS/HEAD. Same result.

Neither "Downscale" nor "Upscale" can be found. They aren't in the
GraphicsMagick sources either. The only place where it's mentioned
is in the ChangeLog.2001 under 2001-11-14.

Does anyone have a clue what's wrong here? configure seemed
to be happy. No complaints there.
