You'd think a method with the tasty signature

KisImageSP KisDoc::newImage(const QString& name, Q_INT32 width, Q_INT32 
height, KisStrategyColorSpaceSP colorstrategy);

would have been a central method in Krita. Used like the billy-o. But nothing 
is further from the truth... It's never called, not even once. I'm not sure 
whether this is a remnant of an older stage of Krita or just that it was 
added because it looked necessary to round out the KisDoc API...
