It seems reasonable to me -- colorchooser notifies KisCanvasSubject of a 
change in bg/fg colour, tool queries KisCanvasSubject to get the current 
colour. Cut out the middle man, i.e., the view. And all the other choosers 
must be updated, too, so they can observe the KCS, too. Don't know what 
Patrick'll say, though -- he's the designer of this bit (and most other 
bits).
