Whatever you do, don't get Practical C++ by Oualine; it's very much a=20 beginners course in C with classes; although the second edition might be=20 better. I've got Accelerated C++ by Koenig, which is truly excellent, but n= ot=20 a reference work. It also isn't all that relevant for Krita, I feel, since = it=20 spends a lot of time teaching you how to do things in C++ for which Python = is=20 better suited. In any case, get Design Patterns by Gamma et. al. -- it's been on my desk f= or=20 about six years now. =2D-=20 Boudewijn Rempt | http://www.valdyas.org/index2.html --Boundary-02=_DJTi/1WKN9II6u7 Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Description: signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.2-rc1-SuSE (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQA/iTJDdaCcgCmN5d8RAmasAKDiOPen9VQB74Tf9YcCivvF+THTfQCgy6XV IDescLJ6ccbmLgKbc1aSqAU= =U6Ry -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --Boundary-02=_DJTi/1WKN9II6u7-- --===============1813660965== Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: inline _______________________________________________ kimageshop mailing list kimageshop@mail.kde.org http://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kimageshop --===============1813660965==--
