Tag, can you take a look at my implementation of this tag?
It is meant to use for methods which should not appear in the 
short list, making it easier to get an overview of the
relevant stuff. An analogous tag is used in Qt for functions
like paintEvent().

One thing that is really really needed is an implementation 
of --skip-internal, see the generated html for kdelibs/kio and
kdelibs/khtml :-( Are you planning to do this soon, or can you give a
hint how this is best done?
