Hi guys,
If you have tried the docbook backend of kdoc and run the resulting file
through jade and jadetex, you may find that TeX dies with a "space exceeded"
error. This is due to the size of the latex file generated.
To fix this, you will need to increase the following values in
/etc/texmf/texmf.cnf:
pool_size.jadetex
pool_size.pdfjadetex
save_size.jadetex
save_size.pdfjadetex
I haven't found optimum values for these yet, so you'll have to fiddle
around.
(Bloody waste of time, I tried everything to get it to work again and
finally it turned out to be a TeX problem. I can't escape TeX no matter
how hard I try to avoid it).
-Taj.
PS. The kdoc->docbook->jade RTF output is also quite good, if you
are using windows or want to load up the output in a word processor
(staroffice works just fine).
