Here are the changes for a20, several cvs logs lumped together.
template inheritance like vector<int>::iterator still doesn't work,
amongst other things. But it is looking a bit better now.

Don't worry if your reported problems are still not fixed, they're in
the queue, honest.

Stupid extra left bracket.
Fixed template multiple inheritance parsing.
Removed some stuff from the TODOs.
Missing . in cat in kdocCxxLaTeX, patch from Wolfgang Bangerth.
parser:
        better variable parsing (type regexp no longer greedy)
        multiple variable decls (todo values)
        node postinit (connect up docnode and source) moved to a
                separate routine.
        More careful parsing of template class.
HTML:
        A node's derived classes are expanded only once, even if the
        node appears again in the tree due to MI.
