Sirtaj,

thanks for the immediate reply. I am not complaining about the fact, that it 
does not work. In fact, now that you write that the namespace is the problems, 
things look somewhat better. The output even says

 main::identifyDecl('using namespace std; ') called at /usr/bin/kdoc 
line 172

So just giving the user a more useful output would help, something like

error during paring line xxx;

(and not a lot of perl module errors). At least the user information should be 
the first line in the error output.

Then the user has a chance to make a work arround in his code.
