and the patch is very simple: in kdocHTMLutil.pm in method printDoc one
need to change:

-				esc($pnode->{Name}),
+                                textRef($pnode->{Name}, $rootnode), 

(the above works against my exceptions patch, similar solution would
work for orginal code)
