The Konsole "window" inside the kate main window starts up occupying most of the \
space in the main window each time kate is started. Even when in Kate's Settings -> \
Application -> General, I check "Restore view configuration", it still forgets the \
size of the Konsole section and makes it very big when I restart Kate. It should \
remember the sizes of the different window sections, or at the worst, default to a \
small size for the Konsole section.

The current setup is an irritating feature.
