Hi,
This happens when I start up Kate. Kate is vertically maximized, but this doesn't \
seem to matter (I tried it both ways, it crashed both ways). I have 16 files loaded, \
some from my local disk (/usr/lib/python directory) and some from my home directory, \
which is NFS mounted from a machine running sunOS 5.6. I click on the separate view \
horizontally, and Kate crashes. It seems to happen only when I'm viewing a document \
called dCcontrol.py (number 9 of 16). All other documents work fine, including ones \
from that directory. No plugins are loaded, and if I do other things before \
splitting the view, such as viewing the about Kate panel or switching to another \
document and then back, it still crashes. I move the cursor around in the document, \
and it still crashes. Splitting the view vertically works. Once I edited the \
document, and reverted to saved, splitting horizontally worked. Now I can't seem to \
re-create the crash. I know this bug report is not nearly full, so if you need any \
other information, please let me know. Thank you,
