In Kate and KWrite, whenever I move the cursor with an arrow key, the cursor stills \
blinks.  Because the cursor is blinking while your trying to reposition it with the \
arrow keys, you can't see where the cursor is at all times, thus you have to guess \
when the cursor is going to reach the destination text.  This really slows down my \
productivity.

Normally (in other KDE applications) the cursor stops blinking and remains visible \
while using arrow keys.
