Hi,

I have some weird behavior with the vertical selection
of Kate. If I turn vertical selection On via the settings
menu and goto configure kate from the settings menu and
turn off vertical selections from the Editor -> Select
then vertical selection is turned off, but in the settings
menu the vertical selection is still turned on. Then when
turnin the vertical selections of via the menu settings
it acctually turns on !!! Pressing F4 makes it even
weirder. 

Can anyone confirm this behavior ? I'm using Debian 
unstable with kate 1.0 on kde 2.2.2.
