Hello

It should be possible in Kate to choose the correct syntax highlighting explicitly \
like in kwrite via an option.

For exmaple, yesterday i opened my /etc/profile file via kate,
having syntax highlighting to easier distinguish
comments with no comments is a nice feature.

But the problem is, kate didn't noticed the correct file type, so it used an unusual \
syntax highlighting mode and i couldn't change that to the syntax highlighting mode \
"bash".

So having such an option (like in kwrite) to change it explicitly would be great.

Best Regards,
 Oliver C.
