This is the error message I got when trying to compile 
kdeaddons-2.2.1

These files are located nowhere in my system.
I think they should be inside the package, but they are not.

I compiled every KDE 2.2.1 package from scratch (kdesdk failed also)
Hope this helps in some way. I dunno what to do else.
