Hello all,

The handbook from the website (http://www.jonobacon.co.uk/kafka/) is now in 
the CVS. Please update your source to reflect the changes. The actual 
handbook remains the same as on the site, but now all developers can ammend 
it.

the idea of the handbook is to provide a common plaform on how we will 
develop Kafka. Some elements of the handbook are outdated such as the coding 
elements.

We could do with putting notes on the current code and how it works into the 
handbook also. This would make it easier for new developers joining the team.
