Summary: Plugin to copy EXIF information from one image to
another
Product: kipiplugins
Version: unspecified
Platform: Fedora RPMs
OS/Version: unspecified
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: wishlist
Priority: NOR
Component: Wish For New Plugins
AssignedTo: kde-imaging@kde.org
ReportedBy: timetre@free.fr
Version: (using KDE 4.3.3)
Installed from: Fedora RPMs
It would be great to be able to copy EXIF/XMP data from one image to another.
Sometimes you start editing a jpg image, save it as tiff to avoid losing
quality but in the end need to export it as another JPG file. Today, I use
exiftool on the command line to copy the EXIF data from the original image to
the new one.
Same applies when creating panoramas from several JPGs, I like to copy the EXIF
from one of the source images to the generated JPG panorama ...
