I forgot to change the clock on my digital camera to summer time, so I had
a bunch of images with wrong time info...
So I did of course develop a KIPI plugin to fix this ;-)

So now we have the first KIPI-only plugin, lets celebrate and get the rest
of KIPI in shape soon.
