Message #14 reads:
Choose the big <guiicon>K</guiicon> in your panel, and select the 
<guimenuitem>Applications</guimenuitem> tab followed by selecting 
<guimenuitem>Help</guimenuitem> to open &khelpcenter;, which will open up to 
the default welcome page.

However clicking on the big K and the Applications tab does not show a 
menuitem Help. I can open the documentation center in Favorites -> 
Documentation
