Ah, per completezza riporto il paragrafo dell'HOWTO al riguardo:
There are also SGML entities in the originals, mostly program or product
names like "&kicker;" or "&Linux;", abbreviations like "⪚", or key names
like "&Ctrl;" . These entities will be expanded on compilation and get the
correct formatting. Our samples would become
"<application>Kicker</application>", "<abbrev>e.g.</abbrev>", and
"<keycap>Ctrl</keycap>".
Entities of the type "program or product name" you will usually leave as they
are. Others (like the abbreviations) you will sometimes just replace with
plain text translations. But others, esp. those which usually are presented
with some formatting in the HTML output, you will probably want to change to
a customized entity of your own. You do this by editing a certain file in the
kdelibs module of the KDE sources. After this (and recompiling
kdelibs/ksgmltools), you can replace every instance of the original entity in
the document text with the new one and will be getting the correct formatting
after HTML creation.
For instance, the German name for the "Ctrl" key is "Strg". In order to
create a new German entity named &Strg; which expands to
"<keycap>Strg</keycap>" on compilation we have to add the following line to
kdelibs/ksgmltools/customization/your_language/user.entities:
