Salve Antonino,
 come puoi vedere l'interfaccia di K3B è stata quasi completamente
tradotta da Giovanni Venturi,  che è un traduttore molto attivo

Viceversa, la traduzione del manuale sembra un po' "ferma"

Se vuoi completarla o tradurre altri pacchetti, devi iscriverti al
gruppo dei traduttori, leggerti le istruzioni che trovi sul sito (
http://kde.gulp.linux.it) e poi richiedere l'assegnazione della
traduzione. Se non l'ha in carico nessuno, ti verrà assegnata
automaticamente, altrimenti devi ricevere l'OK del traduttore attuale.
