changes were made:

kcontrol.po was copied to kinfocenter.po
kcontrol_kcmdeviceinfo.po moved to kinfocenter_devices.po
kcontrol_kcmdmainfo.po moved to kinfocenter_dma.po
kcontrol_kcmintinfo.po moved to kinfocenter_interrupts.po
kcontrol_kcmioportinfo.po moved to kinfocenter_ioports.po
kcontrol_kcmmemoryinfo.po moved to kinfocenter_memory.po
kcontrol_kcmnics.po moved to kinfocenter_nics.po
kcontrol_kcmpartitioninfo.po moved to kinfocenter_partitions.po

wasn't already there, consider it a head start :)

New templates for all the above made.

Again, if anything seems broken after this, please let me know, and I'll try
to fix it as soon as possible.
