I think it is in 
kde-i18n/sl/docs/common
(well, there is the file kde-localised.css).

There are only kde-localised.css and fdl-,lgpl-, gpl-translated.html
No other css files.

There is another problem, only in the glossary: non latin1 characters are
displayed as ?,  like "X stre?nik". It doesn't help if I change the encoding
(I tried latin2 and utf8).
