    * Now CVS _is_ operational. My mistake with 
permission restriction made impossible to connect to 
CVS server for others, but only me :).

    * We have Web CVS site (a la webcvs.kde.org).
Use: 
  http://cvs.i18n.kde.org    or 
  http://cvsweb.i18n.kde.org or
  http://webcvs.i18n.kde.org
(what you think is convenient for you 8^).


 Still I have not completed cron scripts to setup.
