I also noticed today that more than a thousand messages are 
    "missing" from the Serbian desktop.po translation. Actually, 
    the messages were not removed from the file, but they were 
    commented out:

    [...]

    #~ msgid "Name=Text"
    #~ msgstr "Name=Tekst"

    [...]

    What's going on?
