1) In the dialog box that pops up when a user tries to access a website
using authentication, there is a web site identification string
above the user & password text boxes. This string should
use the HTML page's encoding (well, at least I think so), 
but currently it seems to be using ISO-8859-1. NN 4.76 on
the same box can display that text correctly.       

2) If the kant.pot file is no longer needed, please remove it
from the templates dir.
