Hi!

1. it's named split2po now as discussed here yesterday
2. if you set the environment variable REPORT_MISMATCHES to no,
   it won't report mismatches in ids and you can find out from
   the resulting po what went wrong. But be careful, one mismatch
   somewhere and all following messages don't anymore
