Well, you answered your own question above: they have 191 characters in
Unicode, so I'm sure they'll need some combining. I don't know how.
There's a keyboard driver, but only for Windows and as I don't have
windows, I have to way until the Tibetans reply to my mail. I've got a
mail from some consulate of Tibet, but they're not the ones, that will
answer my questions. I have to wait for Norbu, but he reads mail very
rarely...
