Nitpicking: You don't need a UNIX computer. You just need a webbrowser
to point
at
http://kdewebcvs.nebsllc.com/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/kdegames/katomic/levels/

The level format is human readable even though not 100% clear :)

As an example the H2CO3 one

The feld_ and the mole_ entries are for solving the level only. The
atom_ part indicates the
atom itself. the letter indicates the atom and the letters behind it the
atom bindings (if
memory serves me right, an a is 1 o'clock and then b is 3 o'clock and so
on. The B/D one are
the double binding. The '3' is an oxygen, the '1' is a H and the '2' is
the carbon.
