Subject:    Non translations for FDL, GPL .. notices

  I have updated to KDE 2.1 (Debian 2.2).  The notices for the Licenses that 
appear in almost every document you read with khelpcenter appear in english. 
However I translated those notices following the instructions given in this 
list some time ago. That is I translated the files in the following 
subdirectory of the CVS:

kdelibs/ksgmltools/customization/es/entities/

  Is this a general behaviour, or is tied to my language or to my 
distribution?
