Hmm, you need to have checked out kdenonbeta's root and the poxml subdir
(try cvs co -l kdenonbeta && cd kdenonbeta && cvs update -d poxml) and then
your Makefile.cvs, configure, make

As soon as it's working I'll move it to kdesdk, so don't worry.
