Yes, the very same problem arises with Czech language too.

I've already talked about this with Frerich. We found many more issues like
that which would require a major rewrite od the fuzzy clock :-(

We use something like:
"1:15" -> "ctvrt na dve" 
"1:30" -> "pul druhe"
"1:45" -> "tri ctvrte na dve"
"2:00" -> "dve"

How would one solve that?
