In KDE 2.0 there were only ASCII, Latin-1 and non-working Latin-2.
So I added support for Latin-3,... and UTF-8 and corrected some bugs
to get it work for me (Esperanto). I could add some mor encodings,
if QT has a Textcodec for it and if you could provide an Ispell
dictionary and a little misspelled file to try, if this work.
