The kwrite.desktop's DocPath entry contains a reference
to an invalid file, therefore it's not visible in the
help center panel.

Maybe it would be more comfortable to allow some symbols
here (e.g. something like DocPath=%DEFHELPFILE% instead of 
DocPath=kwrite/index.html).
