KDE_2_0_BRANCH == HEAD from today 4am MEST (GMT+1)

Ask David. Dezember would be better of course. Depends mainly on our self 
disciplin.

It's in kdelibs, isn't it? ;-) But nobody said that you can't release a khtml 
update seperate of kdelibs.
