   They're substituted numbers.  Have a look at the SSL certificate info for
a site.  Actually they first one is substituted with date fields, and yes,
they're not internationalized.  This is because they were in ASN1 format and
I had to write(well, partially copy) a fast hack to convert them to something
printable and readable.  If anyone has time to fix it, please feel free to do
so.  It's in ksslutils.cc.  This is why the below messages happened too.

(Do the %1's cause a problem with the .po files/tools?)

   Eeek I didn't know that this was available in klocale.  Should be fixed by
the time you get this.  Well, they won't be in the .po anymore.  I will call
klocale for the proper short forms, but the fact remains that I dont' have
time to do all the internationalization of this.

Sorry I'm not subscribed to the i18n list right now, but it was deemed
necessary to make all of these changes...
