Its my opinion that the documentation author should be the first person 
contacted.  Then they can make any changes and resubmit their documentation.

Well, first of all, I don't feel that I have much say on the subject of if 
 filenames should be translated or not. I have neither the expertise or any 
reason to require one choice over the other.  I leave that in everyone elses 
capable hands.

That being said, I noticed a few days ago that the filename was in fact 
incorrect.  I elected not to change the document name at this point because I 
did not want anyone's translations to be lost when I changed the file name.

So I leave it up to you.  If no one objects, I can change the filename/entity 
entries, so that the filename is correct.  Alternatively, I can leave it as 
is, until after KDE 2.0 is released, and then make the change when everyone 
has more time to change their translations.

I would be happy to hear any opinions either way.
