Hello,

how do i go about adding new .po files for a new
language. I tried doing the following.

under messages directory in kde-i18n/ta directory,
i called 'cvs add kdeutils' and then 'cvs add
kedit.po'
from kdeutils directory.
then did a commit on both.
i did a configure from the top directory. but the
kedit.po is not getting compiled at all.
please let me know how to do this?
