I have a copy of the standard's draft.  It can be found here:
http://wwwold.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc22/wg20/docs/n634.txt
Basically, the standard is about adding new stuff to the POSIX system
level locale material, and renaming it to "FDCC set".


What I would like to know is if Linux plans to follow this standard
someday, or maybe work is currently being done already...
