Not everything; at least kspaceduel, kjumping and konsole already have
"good" docbook.

OK, since I'll be updating the old kdegames files, I might as well update
the originals. I can start tomorrow; let me know if it's ok.

Well, at least let's create a common file that teaches how to compile any
application. I guess most applications just use configure && make.
