Hi all, to make it easier for translation teams, creating and making accessible a list of standard translation for consistency improvement, kdedict is now installed on i18n.kde.org ( see http://i18n.kde.org/cgi-bin/kdedict.cgi ). Every team is invited to use it. For information on how to introduce your language there and get a user account for adminstration, see http://i18n.kde.org/tools/kdedict/i18n.kde.html If you have used kdedict before, it's no problem to import your existing database. kdedict is a perl based cgi-script which uses a database based on text files. This makes it possible to install it also easily at home, so you don't need to always be connected to the network. It is also easy to localize it, so you can have displayed all messages in your own language (see http://i18n.kde.org/cgi-bin/kdedict.cgi?lang=de for example). For more information on kdedict itself see it's homepage at http://i18n.kde.org/tools/kdedict/index.html Hope you will find it useful. kind regards, Matthias -- Matthias Kiefer Email: matthias.kiefer@gmx.de
